I hope this message finds you well! I’m reaching out to share important resources from our recent Readiness Workshop for the Change Navigators, which focused on introducing Workday to our campus community and providing a general navigation demonstration within the system.

What are Change Navigators?

A new team called the Change Navigators was created to support and share information about the Workday HCM project at NSU. As a Change Navigator, my role is to promote our successful implementation of Workday by acting as a link between the project team and our business unit. We strive to ensure smooth communication, encourage engagement, and support our teams by sharing important updates and collecting your feedback during this transition.

Summary of the Readiness Workshop

During the workshop, we explored an introduction to Workday, covering its purpose and benefits to our organization. We discussed the user-friendly interface, highlighted key features, and provided general navigation tips for the system.

Your Call to Action

1. A Workday Implementation Website has been developed and launched to be the centralized communication hub for the Workday Implementation at NSU. At your earliest convenience, please visit https://workday.nsu.edu/ and add this website to your favorites. Information is continually updated on the website. This will be your one-stop shop for all things Workday.
2. Please review the Workday Wire and Readiness Workshop Slides and Recording to gain further insights about Workday and navigation of the system. You should review no later than 11/15/2025.
3. Attached is a Quick Reference Guide for general navigation within the system. The Change Management team is also creating additional training materials, which will be released as we get closer to the launch of Workday HCM.
4. A short Introduction to Workday video is attached to get a basic understanding of Workday. Please watch the video by 11/15/2025.

Ultimately, I acknowledge that change can be challenging, especially as we transition to Workday. That's why we have the Change Management team and us, the Change Navigators, providing helpful content to simplify the transition.
