Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) is NSU’s new, modern system for managing HR functions. It streamlines key processes such as hiring, onboarding, employee data management, time tracking, and performance reviews—all in one user-friendly platform.

Workday Finance is NSU’s new system for managing budgeting, procurement, expenses, grants, and financial reporting. It streamlines financial operations and improves transparency and efficiency across the university.
