Subject-matter experts from HR (e.g., Recruiting, Payroll, Talent, Time & Absence) and related areas. They design and validate business processes, define security and approvals, cleanse data, and plan/execute testing. They contribute content for training and job aids to reflect real campus practices. They support stakeholders by simplifying workflows and ensuring that Workday aligns with policy, while improving the day-to-day experience.

They plan cutover and monitor performance and security. They support the university and stakeholders by keeping data safe and systems available across devices.

They support stakeholders by ensuring everyone feels informed, prepared, and confident using the Workday from day one and beyond.

Change Navigators

Change Navigator members are influential employees who act as liaisons between project teams and their departments, ensuring smooth communication and engagement during organizational transformations. Members share project updates, gather and escalate feedback, address concerns, and encourage peers to embrace change while serving as trusted points of contact. They also participate in regular meetings and provide insights to help tailor communications and readiness activities for their teams.
