What Does This Mean for Us?

• Easy Access: You can now access an organizational chart, and more with ease. And you can do it all from your mobile device or desktop/laptop!
• Streamlined/Standardized Processes: Workday will revolutionize the way we manage our HR processes.
• Improved User Experience: Our HR team of employees will now have a more intuitive and efficient platform to access personal data, submit requests, and collaborate between business units.
• Real-Time Insights: Workday’s robust reporting solutions will empower us to make data-driven decisions faster than ever before.

Our journey doesn’t end here. We are committed to continuous improvement and in the coming months, will make minor adjustments to enhance your experience with Workday.
